Screening Potential Employees
A hiring screen measures
multiple areas of risk specific to an individual and relative to performing certain job related functions. Screening reports
give a comprehensive view of specific work oriented competencies, while exposing the applicants strengths and areas for development.
The screens also provide extensive interview notes that provide the examiner with significant direction during the hiring
process including suggestions for role playing and line of questioning.

read relative to the risks and strengths associated with an individual. The guide includes a summary of items related to attitude,
problem solving, self image, motivators, and stress generators. Interview guides also provide summaries of an individuals
strengths and developmental needs and brief interview suggestions.

A four page report that highlights, 'what
you can count on' and the 'red flags'. Includes Graph, Prioritized Core Strengths, Prioritized Development Comments,
and Prioritized Interview Notes.
Manager Interview Guide
A
four page report that looks at 35 management competencies and ranks them by level of risk. This report also prioritizes the
persons core strengths and development areas and gives interview suggestions for the development areas.
