Nancy Piper is a Corporate Coach with over 15 years experience working
with executives and management teams accelerating performance using coaching, consulting and training to reach targeted corporate
objectives.Her experience as a Human Resources Executive provides breadth and depth to her work as she
understands the dynamics of business through the eyes of both executives/management and their employees. With several years
experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, she understands the challenges of both.
Along with
her expertise using the axiology assessments, Nancy's depth of experience includes performance coaching for high
achievers, conflict management and training management to use coaching as a development tool.She has been trained by the premier Coach Training
Program of Coach University. She is affiliated with International Coaches Federation, National Human Resource
Association and National Association of Female Executives.
